  My daughter has been going to FBCCDC since she was 10 months old and I have had no major issues with them. They have very strict discipline guidelines so some might find it "ridiculous" for a day care but I think it's very good that they treat each classroom as a "real" school. Their classes are very small which is amazing. The staff is super friendly and it has a "family feel". I had an issue with a teacher and I was able to talk straight up with her about my issue and a couple of weeks later she wasn't even working there. I don't know if it was related but I was able to speak both to the teacher and the director. I know some day care directors aren't very approachable but Ms Lessy is. My daughter's teachers are ANGELS. I wish she could have them up until she goes to Kindergarden. Every teacher in there is pretty amazing right now. My daughter doesn't nap and they find a way to make that work. I have never had an issue with diapers and wipes dissappearing. They are all labeled and used by child's name. Their prices aren't excessive like other day care centers and they won't get bigger because of the demand... Ms Lessy wants to keep the center small and tight nit which is awesome. I've only had minor issues because of being late to school (totally my fault... that's where their guidelines come into play)... I sort of don't like that they're super strict with arrival time but I'm also one of the only parents that has that liberty of getting there at 9am and being at work at 9:02. They close the door at 9 on the dot! Which is amazing but I miss that time sometimes and Ms Lessy has no problem in telling you ... you're late!!! :) It's awesome though ... it teaches my daughter and me some discipline! :) They get "discipline notes" if they were "bad" and that's taught my daughter to not want to get one so that's pretty awesome. I don't know what else to say. Of course they want their money but they have to get paid! Ms Lessy is very understanding of every unique situation so I wouldn't hesitate to speak to her about any administrative/financial issues.
  
  I think that's enough. OH! They have an actual curriculum... and it's a church day care so they instruct the children about the Bible which to me is a super plus.
